Development Status

Submitted by Professor Drupal on Tue, 2006-08-15 14:25.

Development of this site has been suspended.

The developer needs to sustain a commitment to various other projects. With regret he does not currently have the time to manifest the vision for this particular site.

The vision still exists.

The development that had been planned for Spring 2006, may take place during 2007.

Meanwhile, the site will be used for sporadic notification of events and resources of relevance to Drupal Training in Australia.

Drupal is an open-source content management system. It is excellent for corporate or individual use. It has a good standing in non-profit organisations.
From a forum post:

I'm hoping that by the Spring we might be able to move further than informal meetings to a series of advertised, promoted, professionally produced sessions. Perhaps beginning with something like "How your organisation would benefit from Drupal", moving along into "Getting Started with Drupal", to Technical issues like installation, and then branching into two streams - "Drupal for People who just want it to work" and "Drupal for people who want other people to pay them to make it work".
